Frequently Asked Questions
Payment
A €200 deposit is required to reserve your boat experience. The remaining balance is paid on the day of the trip, before departure.
What should I bring?
Please bring swimwear, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat and towels as towels are essential for the trip. If you are joining us early in the spring or later in autumn, we also recommend bringing a light jacket, as it can feel cooler at sea.
Weather policy
Your safety and comfort always come first. If sea conditions are not suitable, we will help you reschedule your experience or refund your deposit.
Can we customize the route?
Each route can be adjusted with your captain depending on the weather, sea conditions and your group's preferences. For special requests, you can contact us on WhatsApp before booking.
Can we request a different route?
Yes. If you have another route in mind, such as Seitan Limania, Lazareta, Theodorou, Katholiko, Kedrodasos, Elafonisi, or another coastal spot around Chania, send us a message on WhatsApp and tell us what you are interested in.
We will guide you and help shape the best possible option for your group, depending on the weather, sea conditions, distance, and duration.
