TERMS AND CONDITIONS
TO ENSURE A SMOOTH AND GROUNDED EXPERIENCE PLEASE READ OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1.0 PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
1.1 Terms of service
Salty Vibes will clearly state what is included and not included on each tour or charter page.
Standard inclusions may cover the boat, skipper, fuel for the agreed route, and onboard amenities where listed.
Items not typically included are hotel transfers, meals unless specified, personal expenses, travel insurance, and special add-ons requested by the guest.
1.2 Reservations
To secure a booking, guests must complete the booking form and make the required deposit or full payment, depending on the package selected.
Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received and a confirmation message has been issued via email or WhatsApp.
1.3 Payment and acceptance of terms
Any payment made toward a Salty Vibes booking confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. A separate signature is not required.
Payments may be made via approved channels such as bank transfer, card payment, or other methods provided at checkout.
For bookings with deposits, the remaining balance must be paid before the tour date or on arrival, depending on the agreed arrangement.
Salty Vibes reserves the right to cancel any booking where full payment has not been received within the agreed timeframe. Deposits made in such cases may be forfeited.
1.4 Cancellation by guest and refund policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or official WhatsApp contact.
Salty Vibes operates a strict no-refund policy on deposits and completed payments due to operational costs incurred once a booking is confirmed.
In some cases, and depending on how close the cancellation is to the tour date, Salty Vibes may allow a one-time reschedule to a future available date. This is not guaranteed and remains at the company’s discretion.
Administrative and booking costs are non-refundable under all circumstances.
1.5 Cancellation by Salty Vibes
Salty Vibes may cancel or reschedule a tour due to weather conditions, safety concerns, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, guests will be offered either:
a rescheduled date, or
a credit valid for a future booking within a specified period
Salty Vibes is not responsible for additional costs incurred by guests, including transport, accommodation, or other third-party expenses.
Guests are advised to have valid travel insurance where applicable.
1.6 Changes by Salty Vibes
Salty Vibes reserves the right to adjust маршруtes, departure times, boat type, or onboard services when necessary due to weather, safety requirements, or operational reasons.
Changes will be communicated as early as possible.
These adjustments do not qualify for refunds. If a significant change occurs, guests may be offered an alternative date or tour option, subject to availability.
1.7 Guest responsibilities and travel requirements
Guests must arrive on time at the agreed departure location. Late arrival may result in missing the tour without refund.
Guests are responsible for ensuring they are fit to travel and comply with any local regulations.
Salty Vibes is not responsible for missed tours due to personal delays, documentation issues, or travel disruptions outside its control.
2.0 INSURANCE & DOCUMENTATION
2.1 Travel and activity insurance
Guests are strongly advised to obtain valid travel and activity insurance before participating in any Salty Vibes experience. Insurance should provide adequate coverage for medical emergencies, personal accidents, cancellations, weather disruptions, water-based activities, and loss or damage of personal belongings.
For international guests, it is the guest's responsibility to ensure their insurance policy covers travel within the destination country and includes marine or water activity participation where applicable.
Salty Vibes is not responsible for costs arising from injury, illness, cancellation, travel disruption, weather interruption, or loss of personal property.
Guests are encouraged to consider "Cancel for Any Reason" coverage where available under their insurance provider.
2.2 Travel documents and health requirements
It is the responsibility of each guest to obtain and carry all required travel documents, identification, visas, permits, or entry requirements necessary for participation in the tour.
Guests are also responsible for meeting any health, vaccination, or medical requirements applicable to their destination or travel route.
Salty Vibes is not liable for denied boarding, missed departures, or interrupted experiences caused by incomplete documentation or failure to meet travel requirements.
3.0 ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
3.1 Acknowledgement of risks and assumption of responsibility
Although Salty Vibes takes reasonable precautions to promote guest safety, participation in boat tours, water activities, island excursions, and marine experiences involves inherent risks that cannot be completely eliminated.
These risks may include, but are not limited to:
- slips, falls, or accidents onboard vessels
- rough sea conditions and changing weather
- strong currents or waves
- swimming and snorkeling risks
- equipment malfunction
- collisions or marine incidents
- sun exposure, dehydration, seasickness, or heat-related illness
- injury caused by water activities or boarding procedures
- delayed access to medical treatment while at sea or on remote islands
Activities may include boating, swimming, snorkeling, island visits, beach landings, sightseeing, fishing, paddleboarding, and other recreational marine activities depending on the selected package.
Guests understand that some destinations may be remote and access to emergency medical care, communication, or evacuation services may be delayed due to weather or location conditions.
Each participant is responsible for acting within their physical limits and following all instructions provided by the captain, crew, guides, or Salty Vibes representatives.
By participating, the guest acknowledges and accepts all known and unforeseen risks associated with marine and outdoor activities and voluntarily assumes full responsibility for any injury, illness, loss, damage, expense, disability, or death that may occur during or related to participation in a Salty Vibes experience.
Participation is entirely voluntary.
4.0 WAIVER
4.1 Release and waiver of liability
Health declaration. By booking or participating in a Salty Vibes experience, the guest confirms that they are physically fit to participate in boat tours and related activities and do not have any medical condition that may place themselves or others at risk.
Guests understand that participation in marine and outdoor activities may involve physical exertion and environmental exposure that could affect health or safety. Participation is at the guest's own risk.
Personal release. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the guest releases Salty Vibes, its owners, operators, captains, crew members, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, or losses arising from participation in any Salty Vibes experience, including circumstances caused by weather conditions, sea conditions, equipment failure, transportation delays, acts of nature, government restrictions, wildlife, accidents, or other events beyond reasonable control.
Salty Vibes reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any guest whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, intoxicated, abusive, or likely to negatively affect the safety or enjoyment of others. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
Salty Vibes is not responsible for activities undertaken outside the official tour itinerary or after a guest voluntarily leaves the experience.
4.2 Release and permission to photograph and video
By participating in a Salty Vibes experience, guests grant Salty Vibes permission to photograph, record, and use their image, voice, likeness, or appearance in promotional and commercial materials.
These materials may be used across websites, advertisements, social media platforms, video platforms, printed marketing materials, and other promotional channels without compensation or prior approval.
Guests waive any rights to inspect, approve, or claim royalties related to the use of such content.
If a guest does not wish to appear in photographs or videos, they must notify Salty Vibes in writing before the experience begins.
